Part A — Terms of use

1. Who we are

This website, linguoprosolutions.com, is operated by Linguo Pro Solutions, based in Tangier, Morocco (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@linguoprosolutions.com.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy and use courses. The information you give must be accurate.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
An account is for one person. To protect our content, an account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at the same time.
If you are under 18, you should use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Purchases, prices and access

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal, which accepts PayPal accounts and debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.
Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees; these are outside our control.
After payment, the course appears in My learning. You can access it for as long as the course is offered on the website.
We may update and improve course content over time.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a course, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we will review your request. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through PayPal, and we may remove access to the refunded course.

5. Use of course materials

All lessons, videos, audio, tests and other materials belong to Linguo Pro Solutions and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not copy, record, share, sell, publish or redistribute them, or share your account. Lessons may show your name and email as a watermark. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Mock tests, scores and AI feedback

Mock test scores and AI feedback are practice estimates to help you learn. They are not official results and do not guarantee any score in a real exam.
AI marking is limited to a number of markings per day per student and may occasionally be unavailable.

7. Certificates

Our certificates confirm that you completed a Linguo Pro Solutions course (and, where shown, your result in our mock test). They are not official exam certificates. Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can check at linguoprosolutions.com/verify.

8. Exam names and trademarks

IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC and GMAT are trademarks of their respective owners. Linguo Pro Solutions is an independent school and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, these organisations.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Part B — Privacy policy

11. What we collect

Account: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form).
Learning: courses you bought, lesson progress, notes, test answers and results, certificates and your English level.
Orders: order details and the PayPal payment reference (not your card number).
Requests: information you send us through forms, such as a company training request or your email after the level test.
Security: limited technical data (such as IP address) used to protect accounts against abuse.

12. Why we use it

To create and run your account, give you access to your courses, save your progress, issue certificates, process payments and refunds, answer your requests, send you emails related to your account and orders, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.

13. Service providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare — website hosting and database.
PayPal — payments (under its own privacy policy).
Resend — sending account and order emails.
Anthropic — only when you choose “Mark with AI”: the text of that answer (or its transcript) is sent for marking.

For speaking tasks, your recording stays on your device. If you use AI marking for speaking, your browser converts your speech to text using its own speech-recognition service (for example, Google in Chrome).

14. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We also store small items in your browser (such as your cart, test in progress and level-test result) so the site works smoothly. We do not use advertising cookies.

15. How long we keep data

We keep your account data while your account is open. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

16. Your rights

In line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data (and, where it applies, the EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email contact@linguoprosolutions.com and we will reply within 30 days.
